Well, this is my square for SCAD's Sidewalk Arts Festival 07. 'Tis classic Mr Mint, of Candyland fame. (That new Mr Mint is so lame.) It's part of a theme that my friends and I had. We each did an image of a Candyland character, and all of them kinda' turned out a little dark. XD (Gramma Nut was going to eat the little childrens eating her house. XD) Each of our pics kinda' bled into the other, so that's why there are some brown things at the bottom of my pic. Those are the gingerbread people's limbs from Queen Frostine and Lord Licorice's squares. ^^

This was ';painted' with chalk. We were given sidewalk chalk, so I ground it up, mixed it with water, and used it like paint.


You live in a candy world, you'll probably have a huge problem with ants.

I love it too! My Mom isent fond of the new desining of the game. She says it's too colorful and gets confusing for kids. Jugeing by how 2 of my little sisters put the gingerbred people in the wrong places, I agree.

Aww that is too cute! ^_^ I love the Candyland idea for a theme! Ohh did anyone do that creature that kinda looks like mud, what was that thing again..anyway you did a great job!

Oh! I have the original of that game. Queen Frostine was my favourite, I used to cheat just to give myself her card xD
But this is excellent, especially since it's on the sidewalk! I've never heard of chalk paint before.
Anyways, I don't think I'd want to go to Candyland anymore if I'd bump into this guy O.o
