Tis a picture of me characters as buckaneers. You know, the swashbucklin' pirate types. Though I suppose they all look so nice and clean, perhaps they're all newbie pirates. Arak's certainly overdressed for the occassion. (And I swear, his hair keeps getting longer each time I draw him.) My charas, from foreground to background: Arak, Drake, Rantz, Paul.

Revel in my use of Color Theory! Huzzah! Tis a triatic color scheme. I only used blue-green, red-violet, and yellow-orange. That's it! (Except for a tiny cheat of a redder orange... ) Heehee, my professor would be proud.



Gonna use this for my sketchbook cover. Been a while since I had to make a sketchbook, since it's surprisingly taken me 5 months to fill the last one. X__x Blah. (I make my own sketchbooks by binding compie paper at Kinkos, and printing out a cardstock cover. It's cheap and surprisingly durable. Plus, customizable cover! )

This pic took me wayyyyyy longer than it should've. Serves me right for fussing over the lineart too long. Gugh.
